The focus of the work is to locate and survey maritime radar tower sites capable of providing secure surveillance coverage for the coastline of the Island of Bioko, the Island of Annobon, and along the coastline of the continental region of Equatorial Guinea. The evaluations include availability of access, constructability of the site, environmental impacts of construction at that site, surveillance coverage overlap, line-of-site connectivity between sites, and historical or local cutural impacts of construction.

This project required the construction of a mezzanine, which included enclosed, secure storage rooms below with storage design loading above, and the installation of a fire suppression system in an existing vehicle maintenance building.
