Coolin Sewer District Wastewater Facility Rehabilitation Project ia a $3.9 million dollar wastewater collection and treatment system rehabilitation project constructed through LID, SRF Loan funds, and a 55% STAG Grant and US Army Corps of Engineers 75% Grant. INC has been the key consultant on the project from planning and funding applications to public hearings and agency coordination. INC is also administering the grant and loan funding for the project. This included the design and construction of an 18 million gallon waste water lagoon storage facility, an 80 acre land application irrigation system, two 12,000 gallon lift stations, 5 miles of new force main and the replacement or upgrade of over 450 septic tanks and effluent pumps.
