The project was the complete removal and reconstruction of a new fuel facility that met all current EPA regulations on a sensitive floodway of Paradise Creek. This project also provided for stormwater runoff treatment.

INC provided infrastructure design and project management services for this 29-lot subdivision and golf course re-alignment at the prestigious and historic Hayden Lake Country Club.

The project consisted of constructing surveillance tower sites. The sites are created to be completely self-sufficient; propane-fired generators, solar power, and microwave data link network were utilized to achieve this independence. Each site has year around access and the sites are enclosed with security fencing.

Coolin Sewer District Wastewater Facility Rehabilitation Project ia a $3.9 million dollar wastewater collection and treatment system rehabilitation project constructed through LID, SRF Loan funds, and a 55% STAG Grant and US Army Corps of Engineers 75% Grant. INC has been the key consultant on the project from planning and funding applications to public hearings and agency coordination. INC is also administering the grant and loan funding for the project. This included the design and project management of an 18 million gallon waste water lagoon storage facility, an 80 acre land application irrigation system, two 12,000 gallon lift stations, 5 miles of new force main and the replacement or upgrade of over 450 septic tanks and effluent pumps.
